There are only four hotels in Ksamil on the beach: Hotel Denoe, Manta Resort, Hotel Artus, and Arameras Beach Resort. The rest of the hotels are either located across the street from the beach or a few blocks away.

Although your options are limited if you are looking to stay in a hotel on the beach and have private beach access included, these four hotels are diverse and cater to various price ranges so you are more likely to find something that suits your needs.

01. Arameras Beach Resort

Arameras Beach Resort
The resort is secluded from the main town of Ksamil

The Arameras Beach Resort is the only real high-end resort in Ksamil, comparable to the ones that you can find in other Mediterranean islands such as Mallorca or Mykonos.

If you are looking for a relaxed retreat, the hotel is perfect as it has all the amenities that you need to enjoy Ksamil without leaving the resort. In fact, the Arameras Beach Resort is secluded in the south end of Ksamil, meaning that the only way to access it from the town center is by car.

The resort is comprised of several private villas that can accommodate up to 4 people each, a breakfast lounge, and a restaurant overlooking the private beach. However, the gem of the hotel is its infinite pool with panoramic views of the ocean and the nearby Corfu island.

While the Arameras Beach Resort is definitely the most stunning hotel in Ksamil, some tourists have complained about the staff online. While I have only seen the hotel from the water (I rented a boat and anchored it in the ocean right in front of the hotel), a friend of mine and her partner stayed there, and they shared that their experience was truly exceptional.

Overall, if you want top-notch real estate in a secluded paradise and Instagramable amenities the Arameras Beach Resort is the best option in Ksamil.

02. Hotel Denoel

Best Ksamil hotel with private beach: Hotel Denoel

The Hotel Denoel offers the best value for your money if you’re seeking a beachfront hotel in Ksamil. It provides complimentary breakfast and dinner at its own restaurant, with rates starting at $140 per night during the peak season (August).

While the hotel lacks certain amenities found at the Arameras Beach Resort (there is no swimming pool or spa), it boasts direct beach access and sits just a 10-minute walk from the town center. This strategic location enables you to opt for relaxation by the hotel’s beach and restaurant or to explore various parts of Ksamil without the need to rent a car.

One thing that I really love about Hotel Denoel is where it’s situated – down south in the town, right on the fancy part of the beach. This is where you’ll spot the clearest water and the whitest sand, plus all those hip beach clubs like Principote Tulum.

In essence, Hotel Denoe is a great choice for those desiring resort-like comfort, including access to a private beach and on-site dining, all without isolating themselves from the lively atmosphere of the town.

Hotel Information

  • Parking: FREE
  • Food & Drinks: YES, half board included
  • Walkability: HIGH, 10-minute walk to the center of Ksamil
  • Room amenities: All rooms have an oceanview balcony
  • Directions: Rruga Riviera, Ksamil, Albania

03. Manta resort

Manta Resort

Manta Resort is another option for those seeking a private beach hotel in Ksamil.  However, it wouldn’t be my top pick due to its rates, which are similar (or even higher) than Hotel Denoe, without the inclusion of dinner packages.

The resort itself sits on the southern edge of Ksamil, making its beach one of the town’s finest. My favorite thing about its beach club is that it is usually not overcrowded, which is something rare to find in Ksamil.

The rooms boast a stylish design, all featuring a balcony with an ocean view – a definite plus. Moreover, there’s a junior suite option with a king and single bed, making it an excellent choice for families traveling with kids.

Hotel Information

  • Parking: FREE
  • Food & Drinks: YES, there is a restaurant on site that opened up on June 2023
  • Walkability: HIGH, 10-minute walk to the center of Ksamil
  • Room amenities: All rooms have an oceanview balcony, some have minibar
  • Directions: Rruga Riviera, Ksamil, Albania

04. Hotel Artur

The hotel is a great choice for people looking for budget hotels on the beach in Ksamil

This is the ultimate budget-friendly beachfront hotel in Ksamil, offering clean rooms, a fantastic restaurant, and private beach access starting at $80 per night during the peak season, with rates dropping as low as $60 in October.

As a 3-star budget hotel, don’t expect extravagance. However, the rooms are tidy and comfortably sized, making them an excellent choice for those looking to save on accommodation without sacrificing basic necessities.

The big downside of this hotel is its location as it is in the north of Ksamil, with only a few restaurants around and a 20-minute walking distance from the center of Ksamil.

Hotel Information

  • Parking: FREE
  • Food & Drinks: YES, free breakfast and restaurant on site
  • Walkability: LOW, 20-minute walk to the center of Ksamil
  • Room amenities: NONE
  • Directions: Rruga per Ksasmil, Ksamil 9999, Albania

Conclusion

The Arameras Beach Resort and Hotel Denoe are the best Ksamil hotels on the beach for people looking to relax in a resort-style hotel, while the Manta Resort and Hotel Artur are the other two nice options for those looking for a more modest hotel.
